The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

will be accepted by the Port Authority at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98801. All bid proposals will be publicly opened at 2:10 p.m., June 19, 2024 and read aloud.
Project documents will be available on or after May 16, 2024 at www.ALSCArchitectsPlanroom.com

A Pre-Bid Conference and tour will be held in person at the site, 3764 Airport Way, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. Attendance at the conference is greatly encouraged and no additional/private tours will be given.

All bidding General Contractors are required to record their contact information with the office of the Architect, for the purpose of document distribution.
A Pre-Bid Conference, optional for all General Contractor prospective bidders, will be held Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at 10:00 am near the project site at One Campbell Parkway, East Wenatchee, WA, 98802.
