Olds Station Business Park

The development of Olds Station Business Park by the Port of Chelan County began in 1964 with the preparation of an industrial feasibility and site selection study. Acting on results of the study, the Port began to acquire property in the Olds Station area, immediately west of Wenatchee at the crossroads of Hwy. 2 and Hwy. 97.

Today, the 100-acre  Park hosts a variety of professional and light industrial businesses, and has additional  improved facilities for lease. Approximately 35-acres of adjacent, unimproved land is also available for future development. The Chelan County PUD recently purchased the Horan Block (14.07 acres) and the Chester Kimm Land (4 acres) for its future Operations Center.
